Most orders will be shipped Mondays and Tuesdays and any orders placed on Tuesday may be shipped the following Monday depending on destination to prevent product from sitting in warehouses over the weekend. Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Orders shipped to wrong addresses due to incorrect information will be at the customers expense.

Depending on destination, transit time and weather, shipments may be shipped with ice gel packs and or in insulated shippers. In some cases the product may arrive at room temperature. Place product in refrigerator upon arrival and the product will quickly firm up. If signs of spoilage appear, liquid in bag, puffed up packaging, or a strong ammonia odor, please contact us.
